Running is widely accepted as one of the best ways to improve fitness and promote weight loss. But you will only achieve these results with the right structure and intensity. That's why we've created a running programme based on decades of knowledge and experience that will both challange and motivate you to achieve the results you are after.
We have running clubs that cater for all levels of fitness and experience that are lead by fully qualified instructors who are 100% committed to you and your fitness goals.
Our running clubs meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7pm till 8pm with a performance boosting sprint class on Sunday mornings at 11am till 12am.
Monthly membership fee applies to the Monday and Wednesday clubs, for which we have two options: £40 per month or £100 for 3 monthsSunday sprint classes operate on a pay as go train system and cost £7 per session.
Meeting point is at the Golf Range Car Park next to the Mausoleum at Strathclyde Park, Hamilton.
